Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal (for international clients)

 

Other methods as agreed upon with the client

 

2. Payment Terms

  • All services and courses must be paid in full before the service is delivered.
  • For monthly subscription services, payments will be auto-processed on the billing date (if applicable).
  • For project-based work, partial or milestone payments will be agreed upon beforehand and executed accordingly.


3. Invoices & Receipts

An official invoice or receipt will be sent to the client’s email after successful payment.


4. Payment Security

We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your payment data remains safe and secure.

 

5. Failed or Rejected Payments

If a payment fails or gets rejected, please contact us immediately at hello@raihanshohag.com  for assistance.
