A client purchases a course but cannot access it due to our technical issues.

We do not provide refunds for services delivered under the agreed terms or if the client fails to comply with the stated requirements.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
4. Conditional Refunds
Refunds depend on the mutually agreed-upon terms at the time of project initiation and the scope of delivery as mentioned in the service agreement.
